My Background in Arizona

I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, working with LGBT+ youth and adults, gender-affirming care, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). I enjoy working with adults of all ages, though I also have a focus on college student mental health (both undergrad and graduate students). I am dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized services to my therapy clients.

I have strong ties to Arizona, having lived in Phoenix and Tempe for over a combined 10+ years (attending middle school, high school, and undergrad in Arizona). For university, I attended Arizona State University (ASU) and received two bachelor's degrees (Philosophy and Psychology) as well as Certificate in Ethics. Though I am physically located in Las Vegas, NV (~45 minutes from the AZ border), I am familiar with community resources for Phoenix and surrounding areas. I visit Arizona frequently (usually for hiking and/or to visit friends). Some of my favorite hikes in Arizona are Flat Iron, Arizona Hot Springs, and Barks Canyon Loop. I provide therapy services to all of Arizona via telehealth (i.e., virtual counseling).
